Help Shape Programmes That Create Lasting Impact

Are you passionate about community development and creating programmes that make a meaningful difference?

FutureSense Foundation is looking for a Programme Delivery Lead to join our team in Mae Sariang, Thailand. You'll take the lead in planning, developing and strengthening community programmes, ensuring they're grounded in local priorities and contribute to long-term development goals.

    About FutureSense Foundation

FutureSense Foundation is working to support underserved communities across 9 countries, so they can achieve their aspirations for a better future. Guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, we deliver long-term programmes on education, health, and livelihoods to create lasting change.

FutureSense Foundation is part of the FutureSense Group; a collective of purpose-driven organisations working across international youth travel, gap year programmes, and community development. We are a global team united by a shared culture and a common mission to create real social impact.

    The Opportunity

As Programme Delivery Lead, you'll be responsible for the design, planning and quality of our community programmes in Thailand.

Working closely with the Hub Manager, community partners and Project Implementors (PIs), you'll ensure programmes are purposeful, well-structured and continually improving.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Programme Design & Planning: Develop annual programme plans, activities, content and learning objectives aligned with community priorities.
    • Programme Leadership: Supervise, coach and support Project Implementors, providing guidance to ensure effective delivery.
    • Quality & Impact: Lead programme monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement, using feedback and outcomes to strengthen programmes.
    • Community Collaboration: Build programmerelated relationships with local partners and ensure activities respond to genuine community needs.
    • Programme Delivery: Guide implementation, monitor progress and provide hands-on support with more complex activities.
    • Programme Development: Identify opportunities to expand existing programmes, introduce new initiatives and contribute to funding proposals.

You'll also help coordinate programme resources and ensure activities meet safeguarding and safety requirements.

This Could Be a Great Fit If…

    • You have experience designing, planning or managing community development, education or social-impact programmes.
    • You're confident guiding and developing others, providing constructive feedback and supporting programme delivery teams.
    • You understand programme monitoring, evaluation and how to use evidence to improve outcomes.
    • You can build meaningful relationships across cultures and work collaboratively with community partners.
    • You're organised, adaptable and comfortable taking ownership of programme decisions.
    • You believe effective development starts with listening to communities rather than imposing solutions.

You don't need to tick every box. If you believe your experience and approach could make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
