LEAP seeks a creative, detail-oriented Development Marketing & Donor Engagement Associate to strengthen our individual giving program through compelling supporter messaging, digital fundraising strategies, and engaging visual content.
This position plays a key role in crafting donor-facing emails, creating graphics and campaign materials, taking photos or short-form videos (when possible), supporting online fundraising initiatives, and engaging LEAP’s base of small- and mid-level supporters. The role will collaborate with the Major Gifts & Outreach Specialist, Media team, and Social Media Manager to ensure cohesive, consistent supporter engagement across all channels.
In addition to creative execution, this role supports data-informed donor engagement by using basic tools and metrics to track performance, assess what resonates with supporters, and continuously improve outreach over time. This is an associate-level position ideal for a creative, tech-comfortable team member who enjoys donor engagement, digital fundraising, and hands-on content creation. It’s a great fit for someone who likes blending design, writing, and light photography or short-form video to support donor campaigns—especially someone excited to create compelling fundraising materials, produce simple visuals, and help strengthen everyday supporter outreach.
