Legal Assistant – Everett – Eviction Prevention Unit

NJP secures justice for people in or near poverty through high quality legal advocacy that promotes the long-term well-being of low-income individuals, families, and communities through legal representation, community partnerships, education, and other advocacy.

NJP’s Eviction Prevention Unit seeks a full-time, experienced Legal Assistant based in Everett to support our fast-paced eviction defense practice. This full-time position is part of the statewide Eviction Prevention Unit (EPU) and reports to the EPU Northwest Region Managing Attorney. The primary practice area is housing but may include family law, consumer, public benefits, and other areas of civil legal assistance that NJP provides.
