Dental Lifeline Network (DLN) is a national nonprofit dedicated to providing life-changing, comprehensive dental care to people with disabilities, the elderly, those who are medically fragile, and who have no other way to get help. We change the lives of America’s most vulnerable adults through our coordinated system of care. Through our Donated Dental Services (DDS) program, we turn collaborative relationships into essential healthcare resources.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a mission-driven leader to serve as Program Manager. In this role, you won't just manage tasks; you will empower a national team of DDS Coordinators to change lives. Reporting to the Director of Programs, you will be key in maintaining a positive organizational culture and ensuring our programs reach those who need them most.

Key Impact Areas

• • Inspirational Leadership: Coach and support a dedicated team of coordinators across the U.S., fostering an environment of growth, accountability, and shared purpose.
  • Operational Excellence: In partnership with the VP of Programs, you’ll help steer the strategic direction of the team and programs.
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Develop professional bonds with community organizations, volunteers, funders, and board members to strengthen our service network.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Use statistical data to measure program success, ensuring we meet reporting requirements while identifying opportunities to expand our reach.
  • Culture Building: Lead the full lifecycle of the employee experience, from hiring and onboarding to providing the ongoing feedback that keeps our mission moving forward.

Who You Are

• • A Seasoned Advocate: You have a background in human services or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred, but we value equivalent lived and professional experience).
  • An Experienced Leader: You have at least 2 years of experience supervising teams and a proven track record of creating inspiring work environments.
  • Community Centered Perspective: You have experience working with vulnerable populations and understand the unique challenges faced by the communities we serve.
  • Adaptable & Tech-Savvy: You thrive in growing organizations and are comfortable using data and digital tools to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
  • Community-Focused: You are energized by the prospect of occasional travel and executing events that bring our mission to life.
