Derechos Humanos y Diversidad implemented a two-year initiative (April 2023–March 2025) to strengthen the capacity of LGBTIQ+ activists and organizations across Spanish-speaking Latin America through a regional resource hub and a fellowship-based campaign boot camp model. The project is a regional extension of the global sogicampaigns.org platform and aims to equip activists with the knowledge, tools, and community support needed to lead strategic narrative change efforts.
As the project finishes, we are seeking a short-term Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Consultant to assess progress toward outcomes, identify lessons learned, and provide recommendations for future programming.
