Job Title: Part-Time Coordinator for Breast Cancer Alliance
Reports To: Executive Director
Location: Greenwich, CT
Hours: 30 hours per week, flexible schedule
Compensation: $50,000+ per year, based on experience.

incidence of breast cancer and improving treatments and outcomes for those affected by breast cancer in
our communities.
Breast Cancer Alliance (BCA) is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to improving survival rates
and quality of life for those impacted by breast cancer through funding research, supporting breast
surgery fellowships, and providing screening services for the underserved. For over 30 years, BCA has
been committed to making a difference in the fight against breast cancer.
Position Summary
The Part-Time Coordinator will provide operational and administrative support to the Executive Director
and collaborate with the Director of Operations and the President of the Board as needed. This role is
ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, improving organizational efficiency, and
supporting executive leadership in achieving strategic goals. The Coordinator will ensure seamless
operations across executive and organizational priorities.
This position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Coordinator
will oversee administrative, scheduling, and project-related tasks that advance the mission and efficiency
of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and adaptability in a
fast-paced environment and will become an advocate and professional ambassador for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Be the lead administrator for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual calls, zoom and
in-person meetings.
Work with Execs to prepare agendas, reports and presentations materials and board
engagements.
Manage the email distribution lists and all databases
Develop a grant calendar with key dates.
Maintain the BCA calendar of meetings and events, updating as changes occur and
keeping them current
Coordinate the production and release of a monthly BCA e-newsletter for all BCA lists
Oversee the production and distribution of BCA’s Annual Appeal “Outlook” mailer
Maintain confidential records, files, and organizational databases with accuracy and
discretion.
Attend training sessions for new office software programs, as needed.
Occasional flexibility required for special events, deadlines, or executive meetings.
Manage event ticketing platforms, including the setup, tracking, and reporting of ticket
sales and sponsorships.
Assist in managing the silent auction platform, including item entry and coordination with
donors and winners.
Acknowledge contributions through various platforms, including print and email tax
receipts/acknowledgments and thank you notes.
Perform other duties as assigned, including purchasing of event or office supplies,
general expenses and maintaining equipment upkeep.
Occasionally move inventory to and from event venue sites.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative, operations, or project coordination roles
(nonprofit experience preferred).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and other project management tools,
inclusive of AI tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities independently and maintain professionalism in a dynamic
environment.
Passion for nonprofit work and alignment with the organization’s mission.
