Black Farmer Fund is seeking a full-time Senior Business Support Manager to oversee growth and the ongoing health of BFF's portfolio of farm and food businesses.
In this role, you’ll:
- Provide strategic post-loan support to funded businesses
- Proactively monitor repayment risk and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with the Investment Team and Senior Leadership to strengthen investee operations
- Help maintain a thriving, non-traditional investment environment aligned with BFF’s mission

The anticipated start date for this role is Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
