The HR & Compliance Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our organization’s people
and compliance infrastructure. This position ensures smooth onboarding, maintains HR records
and systems, manages benefits administration, and tracks compliance requirements. Working
closely with the COO and other team members, this role is ideal for someone who is highly
organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to build efficient, compliant processes in a lean,
mission-driven environment.
