    Who We Are

Hispanic Federation (HF) is the nation's premier Latino nonprofit membership organization. Founded in 1990, HF supports Hispanic families and strengthens Latino institutions through grantmaking and direct services in the areas of education, health, immigration, civic engagement, economic empowerment, and the environment. HF is headquartered in New York City, with field offices in CA, CT, DC, FL, NC, IL and Puerto Rico. Values that drive our work include equality, fairness, diversity, and empathy.

    Who We Seek

Hispanic Federation seeks an Immigration Initiatives Program Manager to directly support HF’s immigrant community engagement work and lead community outreach efforts with partner agencies. The Manager will lead initiatives that support immigrant communities, concentrating on effective implementation of programming – including event management, and monitoring program goals. The role requires efficient project management skills, ensuring program deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with stated goals.

The Manager will oversee relationships with community-based organizations and other stakeholders, and coordinate data collection to track program outcomes. In addition to supporting programmatic deliverables and event logistics, including developing a calendar of events, the Manager will represent HF in community spaces and lead workshops centered on Know Your Rights and other relevant subject areas. The Manager will also support data reporting and draft program reports for internal and external audiences to highlight the effectiveness and reach of community-focused programs.

The successful candidate will have experience working with immigrant and underserved communities in New York and/or domestically, a commitment to social justice, and a high attention to detail. The Manager will liaise with community-based partners and with internal departments across the organization to ensure successful collaboration.
