We’re looking for a forward-thinking Data Analyst & Salesforce Administrator to help shape the future of our fundraising systems across continents. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves clean data, smart automation, and building CRM environments that actually drive results.
🔎 What You’ll Do
📊 Strengthen donor data quality and reporting
⚙️ Build automations and modern Salesforce Flows
🌍 Support a global fundraising team with analytics and insights
🔗 Improve integrations across Salesforce, Donorbox, DonorSearch, Campaign Monitor, Zapier, and SAP
🤖 Help explore Agentforce and AI-enabled CRM capabilities
🛠 Support donation processing during peak seasons
🌟 What You Bring
✔ 5–10 years in CRM / Salesforce environments
✔ 5+ years of Salesforce Admin experience
✔ Strong reporting, automation, and data analysis skills
✔ Salesforce Admin certification, or commitment to earn it within 6 months
✔ Experience with nonprofit cloud, NPSP, Person Accounts, or donor data tools a plus
✔ Strong training, troubleshooting, and stakeholder support skills
