Since 2015, our SpeakTogether program has brought acclaimed writers into New York City public high schools and libraries—connecting students directly with authors for rigorous creative writing programs, providing mentoring opportunities, and ensuring books are freely available.

House of SpeakEasy seeks a full-time Associate of Educational Programs to support and help grow our educational partnerships and student-facing programs. • Support grants administration
    • Support Bookmobile events

    Ideal Candidate Will Have:

    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Comfort working with educators, students, and authors
    • Demonstrated commitment to creating opportunity through education
    • 1–3 years of experience in education, youth programming, nonprofit administration, or cultural production
    • Passion for literature, storytelling, and equity in education
    • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
