THE OPPORTUNITY
OSG has experienced steady, multi-year growth in both individual and institutional giving, reflecting strong community support and a proven model. Building on this momentum, OSG is prioritizing the growth of corporate partnerships as a core strategy for the next phase of fundraising and visibility. This is not a “build from scratch” role, but rather a chance to step into something that’s working, and take it further.
This role is responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, stewarding donor relationships, leading grant development, and overseeing campaigns and events in support of our $2M budget goal. The Director of Development will work closely with the Executive Director, program staff, and the Board of Directors to strengthen existing revenue streams and develop new opportunities that increase visibility, deepen engagement, and support long-term sustainability.
