We are seeking an energetic, experienced and people-focused Human Resources Generalist to join our team and help shape and strengthen the employee experience across our organization.This is a rare opportunity to step into a newly established HR role where your ideas, leadership, and initiative will truly matter.

This newly created role offers the chance to help modernize and strengthen HR systems, processes, recruiting, onboarding, and employee support.
What You’ll Do
As our HR Generalist, you’ll serve as a key internal partner supporting employees, managers, and leadership across a wide range of HR functions, including:
- Recruitment and hiring coordination
- Onboarding and offboarding coordination
- Employee relations support/mediation
- HR Process Improvements
- FMLA administration and workers’ compensation
- Performance review support
- Policy updates and compliance
- Training coordination/tracking
- Employee engagement initiatives
- Partner with leadership on staffing strategy
You’ll be both hands-on and strategic, balancing daily operations with opportunities to improve how we support our people.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 3+ years progressive HR experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of organization and follow-through
- Sound judgment and discretion with confidential matters
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Spanish/English bilingual a plus
- SHRM certification a plus
