RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
Must work some evenings and Saturdays in-person at the main clinic.
1-3 plus years of experience supervising clinicians.
Experience working with substance use, depression, anxiety, SPMI, complex trauma, and psychosocial stressors of poverty, abuse, abandonment, grief/loss, foster care, and criminal justice involvement.
Familiarity with documentation requirements, including intake and assessment, medical necessity, treatment planning, and clinical/psychotherapy interventions from the start of the treatment through termination.
Knowledge of OMH and OASAS regulations is a requirement.
Comfort and familiarity with the co-occurring population.
Supervise LMSW and/or LCSW clinicians in individual and/or group supervision.
May carry a small caseload, depending on hours and the number of supervisees.
Review intake assessments done by other clinicians and make recommendations.
Attend meetings as deemed appropriate.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to use an electronic medical record is required.
Attend LICC meetings as required.
Bilingual a plus
Any other job responsibilities that ensure the success of LICC.
