Job Description
HEET seeks a Spring Policy Fellow (January-June 2026) to work with the Policy Director on regulatory dockets, legislative initiatives, and other policy engagement relevant to (geo)thermal energy networks.
The Fellow will support HEET’s work for 20 hrs per week in a variety of initiatives locally and nationally, informed by the individual’s experience and interest as well as by the changing policy landscape. This may include the following:

Location: HEET is a hybrid work environment. Weekly in-person team days at our Boston office are required and additional in-person work during the week may be expected. This is a short-term and part-time position, 20 hours per week.
Pay: $25/hour
