Escuela Adelante seeks a highly organized, experienced accountant and office administrator to help manage our growing needs. The Accountant and Office Administrator will manage Escuela Adelante finances and associated reporting obligations, and will represent Escuela Adelante with relevant government agencies. In addition, as a part of the administrative team, this person will help track deadlines and milestones for key projects, support executive staff, greet parents and visitors, create and print documents, and assist with miscellaneous administrative matters as needed. The successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office, excellent math and computing skills, creative problem solving and project management skills. Accounting license is required. Bilingual highly preferred.

Escuela Adelante offers a collegial work environment with competitive, Nicaraguan-scale compensation. Salary packages will vary with experience.
