    Why we use this title:

We call it Talent & Culture to reflect that the role is about people first, their growth, learning and experience rather than only administrative HR tasks. It signals that FIA values trust, care and culture alongside operational responsibilities.

Help capture and document learnings from programs, teams, and partner interactions to improve organizational practices and systems.

Support the development of processes and structures that allow the organization and its partners to continuously learn, adapt, and strengthen impact.
