The Grants Finance Analyst is responsible for providing day-to-day financial transactions, fiscal administration, and financial reporting of OTPS expenditures. They must be able to work within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven and community oriented. They must also have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, be very detailed oriented, and have strong administrative and organizational skills. Associates must be capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced, work collaboratively with colleagues and partners of all levels, and communicate effectively on all aspects of the project.
