Position Summary:
The Graphic Designer plays a key role in elevating MoMath’s visual presence across digital and print platforms. This position is responsible for creating high-quality, brand-consistent creative assets that support Museum operations, programs, events, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
The ideal candidate is both creative and production-minded, has the ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail, and has the ability to work with versioned updates.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and apply MoMath’s brand standards across all creative deliverables.
- Design both digital and print-ready assets, including website visuals, signage, brochures, booklets, and other materials.
- Prepare files for print production, ensuring proper formatting, color standards, and technical specifications.
- Manage documents requiring frequent revisions, updates, and version control.
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, including working beyond usual hours or on weekends as needed.
- Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree is required. Major in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with particular strength in Adobe InDesign.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and print production standards.
- Experience creating digital marketing assets and supporting brand-driven campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Compensation:
$55,000 to $70,000 annually, DOE
