Thanks to our network of hundreds of non-profits, we can leverage our expertise across any number of areas — including health and human services, arts and culture, and education — to care for Jews everywhere and New Yorkers of all backgrounds, respond to crises close to home and far away, and shape our Jewish future. Our reach extends from New York to Israel to nearly 70 other countries around the world, touching 4.5 million people each year.

As a Paid Media Associate, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day management of UJA’s digital marketing efforts, helping to execute and optimize our paid media campaigns across various digital channels including social media, search, display, and programmatic platforms. In this role, you'll be assisting with campaign setup, monitoring, and basic optimization to ensure the smooth execution of paid media strategies.

    • Assist with basic optimizations, such as adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting parameters under the guidance of the Manager.
    • Identify and escalate performance issues or opportunities for improvement.
    • Compile performance data and assist in preparing reports on key campaign metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions).
    • Contribute to post-campaign analyses to evaluate outcomes and identify learnings.
    • Work closely with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of assets for campaigns.
    • Communicate with external vendors and platform representatives to address issues or gather insights.
    • Support cross-departmental collaboration to align paid media efforts with broader organizational goals.
    • Stay updated on platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.
    • Assist in testing new ad formats, targeting capabilities, and emerging platforms.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising, paid media, or a related field.
    • Hands-on experience with ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
    • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand performance metrics and interpret data is preferred.
    • Familiarity with programmatic platforms and audience segmentation tools is a plus.
