Position Overview
The Case Manager Counselor – Reentry Services plays a critical role in supporting individuals returning home from incarceration. This position provides holistic case management, career counseling, and reentry planning for participants preparing for release from correctional institutions and continuing support after release.
The Case Manager will work directly with incarcerated individuals in state correctional institutions and county facilities, helping them develop plans for employment, housing, education, and community stability.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
