One Fair Wage is a national organization of service workers and restaurant owners seeking to raise the minimum wage closer to the cost of living and end to all subminimum wages. We work to advance local, state and federal policy by educating policymakers, press and the public on the need for One Fair Wage and by: mobilizing low-wage worker voters in support of One Fair Wage; engaging ‘high road’ employers and conscientious consumers in support of One Fair Wage, and create consequences for ‘low road’ actors on the issue; and producing research, books, films and television to help shift the narrative on these issues.

We are now co-leading a new Living Wage for All campaign with over 100 labor and community partners, to raise the minimum wage closer to the cost of living for all workers with no exceptions.
