Job purpose

Eviction Defense Collaborative (EDC) is committed to protecting tenants’ rights, preventing homelessness, and advancing a more just and equitable housing system. The RTC Clinic Legal Supervisor plays a key role within EDC’s Tenant Right to Counsel (TRC) Program by overseeing day-to-day clinic program operations and ensuring the delivery of legally compliant, high-quality, trauma-informed, and client-centered services for tenants facing eviction.

As one of the primary operational and people-management leads for the Right to Counsel Clinic, the RTC Clinic Legal Supervisor supports staff working on the frontlines of eviction defense, fosters a collaborative and accountable clinic culture, and ensures services are delivered efficiently, compassionately, and in compliance with program, grant, and organizational requirements. This role supports pro per service delivery and case referrals in accordance with established protocols.
