The National Council of Jewish Women New York (NCJW NY) seeks a flexible and reliable team player to serve as our Development & Operations Assistant (DOA). This newly created, full-time, permanent position will provide key support for the development, operations, finance, and executive functions of our organization. It is an excellent entry level position from which to learn all aspects of non-profit management.

Reporting Relationships
As a multi-functional position, the DOA supports and reports to the Executive Director, the Director of Finance & Operations, and the Associate Director of Development & Communications. These senior staffers will communicate and collaborate to prioritize the DOA’s tasks.

Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
This position is fully in person, on site at Council House at 241 West 72nd Street, NYC.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary range of $45K to $50K, depending on experience and track record.
Excellent benefits and leave time, including 2 weeks’ vacation, all federal holidays, plus all Jewish holidays that fall on weekdays (usually about 10 to 12 Jewish holidays per year).
