    You will provide critical support in planning and implementing Sheevolution Africa’s learning and enterprise programs. You’ll also play a key role in managing volunteers, coordinating logistics, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and community members.

    Your Responsibilities

    Program Implementation & Support

    • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing learning and leadership development programs across various locations.
    • Support with scheduling, logistics, and preparation of materials for workshops, trainings, and events.
    • Help coordinate onboarding and communication with program participants, educators, and facilitators.

    Volunteer Coordination

    • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting program volunteers.
    • Serve as a liaison between volunteers and the core team to ensure clarity of tasks, timely delivery, and team morale.
    • Help maintain volunteer schedules, monitor participation, and ensure they are equipped to deliver on their responsibilities.

    Logistics & Resource Management

    • Manage logistics related to venues, materials, travel, and communication for program activities.
    • Support procurement, inventory, and timely distribution of program resources and supplies.

    Communication & Community Engagement

    • Maintain clear communication with beneficiaries, community stakeholders, and location coordinators.
    • Facilitate feedback loops by gathering insights from participants, volunteers, and stakeholders.
    • Promote community trust and engagement by building respectful relationships and championing cultural sensitivity.

    Monitoring & Reporting

    • Assist in collecting and organizing program data, attendance sheets, and feedback surveys.
    • Support the preparation of program reports, updates, and documentation for internal and external use.
    • Help track outputs and identify areas for improvement based on real-time insights and feedback.

    Competencies

    • Proven project coordination and management experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Basic data collection and reporting experience
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Cross-cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence
    • Experience coordinating volunteers or community teams (an advantage)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Development Studies, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience)

    At least 1 year of relevant experience in program coordination, education, youth development, or community organizing

    Demonstrated interest in girls' education and empowerment

    Fluency in English; additional Nigerian languages are an asset
