We’re looking for a Grant Manager to join our collaborative Development team and play a key role in securing funding that fuels our mission.
Position Summary
The Grant Manager will lead grant writing and management efforts for LIFE Senior Services and its affiliated organizations, including Vintage Housing and LIFE PACE. This role is responsible for developing compelling grant proposals, managing submission timelines, and tracking outcomes to ensure continued funding success.
This is a highly collaborative role that partners with leadership and frontline teams to identify funding opportunities, measure impact, and tell the story of our work.
What You’ll Do
- Write and submit grant proposals to secure funding from private, corporate, and government sources
- Research and identify new grant opportunities aligned with organizational priorities
- Develop and manage an annual grant submission and reporting calendar
- Track, measure, and report grant outcomes and impact metrics
- Collaborate with leadership and program teams to define funding needs and outcomes
- Assist with key funding initiatives, including Tulsa Area United Way and government applications
- Support special projects and events such as Celebrate LIFE, Welcome Home, Senior Lifestyle & Wellness Expo, Holiday Project, and Give 5
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and cross-functional initiatives

Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Undergraduate degree. Two years of grant writing experience is preferred.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with people.
- An understanding and empathy of the needs of older persons and aging issues.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Interviewing, listening, and customer service skills.
- Program management skills.
- Strong teamworking skills.
- Accuracy, dependability, and creative initiative.
- Proven ability to work well with colleagues and influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple grants at a time.
- Ability to work with diverse partners and forge collaborations at the local, state, and national level.
