Accounts (Finance Side)
This part focuses on keeping money organised, tracked, and transparent:
- Recording all income and expenses (donations, vet bills, supplies, etc.)
- Managing budgets for projects or campaigns
- Keeping receipts, invoices, and financial records up to date
- Preparing basic financial reports (so you know where money is going)
📢 Fundraising (Support & Coordination Side)
This part is about helping bring money in:
- Organising and managing fundraising campaigns (online or in-person)
- Tracking donations and making sure they are logged properly
- Applying for grants
- Communicating with donors and supporters
- Helping create or coordinate appeals, posts, or campaigns
- Monitoring what fundraising efforts are working best
