Executive Director of a small nonprofit that helps homeless students graduate from high school

Every student deserves safety, stability, and a path forward. Level Pathways is seeking an Executive Director to advance its work with unaccompanied students experiencing homelessness. This is an opportunity for a mission-driven leader to shape strategy, strengthen funding, build partnerships, and ensure high-quality, trauma-informed, student-centered operations. Candidates should show success in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, financial stewardship, people leadership, and community engagement. The nonprofit is in Irving, Texas. The salary range is from $75,000 to $90,000. Apply by November 15, 2026
