    Descripción

This is a senior leadership role responsible for connecting strategy to execution across the organization. Working closely with the Executive Director, you will translate priorities into action - aligning teams, clarifying goals, and driving progress.

A central responsibility of this role is to develop and refine PHA's theories of change and action at both the organizational and program level. You will define how PHA creates impact, what outcomes matter most, and how those outcomes connect to the organization's long-term vision.

You will also lead the development of a clear impact strategy and narrative that strengthens how PHA communicates its work to funders, partners, and the broader community.

This is not a grant writing position. PHA partners with Grant Flow, which leads grant writing, reporting, and prospecting. You will not be responsible for identifying new funding opportunities. Instead, you will work with the Executive Director to pursue opportunities using a strong, aligned impact narrative. Your role is to ensure proposals are grounded in clear outcomes, supported by strong data, and aligned with PHA's priorities.

This role is well suited for someone who is both strategic and practical - someone who can define direction, work across teams, and follow through on the details that drive results.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (FIRST 90 DAYS)

    Days 1-30

    • Build relationships with staff, partners, and key stakeholders
