    Role: HR Business Partner (HRBP), Mumbai

    Experience: 6-10 years

    Salary: Up to 12-15 LPA

    About the role:

    To partner with program leaders and teams to implement effective people practices that support organisational goals, enhance employee engagement, and build workforce capability, while ensuring the consistent application of HR policies and processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Partnership: Work with program leaders and managers on the implementation of people strategies and processes.
    • Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth execution of HR processes, including new hire joining formalities, employee connects, performance management (PMS), and exit management.
    • Employee Relations: Provide interpretation of people policies, guiding managers through sensitive issues such as performance management and complex employee relations matters.
    • Engagement & Culture: Plan and implement employee engagement activities and recognition programs to improve engagement scores.
    • Data & Analytics: Create people-related dashboards and metrics to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
    • Ethics & Compliance: Collaborate with Internal Ethics and Compliance teams on investigations and complex matters.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Timely and error-free completion of onboarding, PMS, and talent processes.
    • High satisfaction scores from program leaders and managers regarding HR support.
    • Improved employee engagement scores and high participation rates in initiatives.
    • Swift turnaround time for resolving employee issues without escalation.
    • Zero critical audit observations related to HR processes.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    Necessary:

    • 5+ years of HRBP experience in a fast-growing environment with a clear reporting line
    • Bachelors degree; an MBA in HR is preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills with clarity of thought.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HR portals.

    Desirable:

    • Solid HR generalist experience partnering with a wide network of business stakeholders.
    • Experience in the social impact or similar industry is preferred but not essential.
