    • Playing a pivotal role in setting and achieving goals, such as increasing the number of food donor partnerships and, by association, earned revenue by 15% each year for five years, while managing and interpreting key performance indicators.
    • Creating marketing campaigns to drive inbound food donor leads and coordinate marketing strategies that support operational and outreach objectives.
    • Liaising with the finance team for budget management, expense and revenue decisions, and annual budget creation.
    • Engaging with our Board of Directors and Associate Board, including attending and presenting at quarterly meetings and participating in weekly discussions with the CEO and Board co-chairs.
    • Contributing to the overall strategic direction of RLC in collaboration with the CEO and other executive team members.
    • Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce, Streak, Google Drive, and our custom-built Ruby on Rails web app, and leading their usage and development.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven leadership experience in operations and sales, with a strong background in non-profit or social impact sectors.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of growing departments or initiatives.
    • Experience in managing and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for diverse stakeholder engagement.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems, various technology platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
    • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
    • Demonstrated experience in setting and achieving ambitious goals.
    • Experience managing budgets and financial planning.
    • Passionate about RLC’s mission and committed to making a significant social impact.
