We’re looking for an Immigrants’ Rights Organizer to help us strengthen and empower immigrant communities across Arkansas. In this role, you’ll build meaningful relationships, develop and implement strategy, and empower community, all with the goal of protecting immigrants and their rights.
We’re seeking someone who cares about our communities, thrives on collaboration, can coordinate volunteers and events, enjoys educating the public, and wants to turn ideas into action. You’ll play a key part in our statewide organizing efforts and represent the ACLU of Arkansas on immigrants’ rights issues.
The Immigrants’ Rights Organizer will report to the Community Engagement Director and work closely with the Policy Director.

This is a two-year, grant-funded, full-time, and salaried position that pays $55,000-$60,000 based on experience. The position is based in Little Rock, but periodic travel will be required.
