The Program Director will lead the shareholder advocacy campaign on climate and environmental justice to advance IASJ’s vision for a more equitable economy. Additionally, the Program Director will support other human rights campaigns, IASJ’s Proxy Voting service, communications, and client relationships.

Location: This is a remote position, with the option to work in person. Our office is based in Montclair, NJ.
Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for this position is $65k-$70k. A benefits package includes health and dental insurance, a 403(b) plan, vacation, and flex-time.
