Informatics Technician Intern
Located in Agrigento, TTT offers a dynamic Erasmus internship experience in the IT sector. Interns have the opportunity to work on real projects, gaining valuable hands-on experience through TTT’s extensive network of technology partners. With a focus on Cyber Security, Unified Communication, IT Consulting, and Management & Monitoring, the program provides a supportive environment for developing technical skills and industry knowledge in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
Position Description:
We are looking for an intern to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of the following areas: networking, programming, troubleshooting, Linux system administration, and web development. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology and wants to grow professionally in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of the company network.
- Support in the programming and development of automation scripts.
- Troubleshooting technical problems and assisting internal users.
- Basic administration of Linux systems, including installation, configuration, and updating.
- Participation in web development projects, supporting the team with basic tasks.

Internship requirements:
- You must be eligible for the Erasmus+ program
- You are able to join us in Agrigento for at least 4 months
- You have at least a B1 level in English or Italian
- Diploma or degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related disciplines (optional but preferable).
- Basic knowledge of networking (configuration of routers and switches, knowledge of main network protocols).
- Basic knowledge of programming (preferably in languages such as Python, JavaScript or similar).
- Ability to solve technical problems and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience or basic knowledge in Linux system administration (Ubuntu, CentOS or similar).
- Basic knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
