Founding Intern: Thread & Content Creators

We are early-stage social platform built to bring back real conversation online. No algorithms, no clout chasing. Just people starting threads, sharing ideas, and building small communities that matter. We need founding creators to set the tone before we scale.

What you’ll do*

You’ll be one of the first 10 people shaping what our website Feels like day to day.

• *Start threads that spark replies*: Post 3-5 threads/week in News, Hobbies, Tech, or Culture ETC. Think questions, hot takes, niche interests that make people want to respond.
• *Create content that travels*: Turn the best discussions into short posts, carousels, or threads for Twitter/X, Reddit, and Discord to bring people back to the site.
• *Spot trends early*: Notice what’s getting replies and double down. You’re not just posting — you’re starting mini-trends.
• *Welcome newcomers*: Reply to first-time posters and make them feel like they belong.

• You’re a fit if you:*
• Love starting conversations more than posting for likes
• Have run a group chat, Discord, subreddit, or TikTok/Twitter thread that got people talking
• Can write like a human — clear, opinionated, not corporate
• Are okay building before there’s money. We’re upfront: unpaid now, profit share once we’re sustainable
