The Harbour advocates for and provides services to youth, in order to enhance safety and stability, nurture personal growth, and promote the development of healthy relationships with their families and with others.

The Harbour provides emergency shelter care and transitional living services to homeless, runaway, abused and neglected girls in the north and northwest suburbs of Cook County.
