Hello Housing, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, makes places where people thrive. We develop affordable housing for traditionally underserved communities. We are skilled at co-creating innovative housing programs with government partners and their constituencies. In response to requests from local governments, service providers and advocacy groups, we have established an organizational culture and delivery model which makes us nimble and responsive to the evolving needs of our partners. Hello Housing helps local governments achieve their goals by deploying scarce affordable housing dollars in a timely, cost-effective and responsible manner.
