Mission

The primary objective of the Mammadù is to care for and support orphans, children and minors who are living in extremely vulnerable conditions, as well as other needy members of the community, by providing basic health care, nutritious meals and meeting other basic requirements.

Description

Acting in accordance with the Uganda CBO,Nakiwulo Rural Support Foundation aims to help, in a concrete manner, minors living in situations of hardship and degradation through the implementation of projects aimed at:

Improving the living conditions of orphans and children living in situations of social exclusion at the Community Day Service Centre in Nakiwulo Kamuli District in kitayundwa sub county which offers various services;

Ensuring adequate formal education providing basic needs, such as school fees, school supplies (notebook, pencils, etc.) and suitable clothing and shoes for going to school (each school has its own uniform);

Comparing our organisation with other local organisations or associations for a constructive exchange of information, experience and projects;

Promoting activities in Uganda and abroad to raise funds in order to fulfill the objectives that the organisation aims towards;

Promoting and organising trips for volunteers who can support, with their professionalism, the activities of the organisation;

Promoting and oorganising the widows into productive activities for income generating business in the rural areas.

Providing help to old women who take care of orphan who lost there parents due HIV/AIDS.

NARUSOFO is based in Nakiwolo, the one of the remote areas in Kamuli.

Bio

Born in Uganda and grown up in Kamuli after a long carrier in managerial positions for different companies took a life changing decision: to help more needy ones. December 2012 we started the organisation, which is about to officially registered in Kamuli. This organization helps orphans and vulnerable children, widows, Grandmother. Am now enabled to take advantage of the managerial and interpersonal skills that i have developed throughout her career.
