Incorporated in 1984, Project Safeguard has worked for safety and justice for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking through direct court support, legal advocacy and representation, and system reforms for more than three decades. Currently, we provide civil legal services in Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield and Denver Counties. In 2018, Project Safeguard provided services to more than 4,500 survivors. Approximately 10% of our services were provided in Spanish.
Project Safeguard also works to improve the system-wide response of law enforcement, prosecution, and the court system to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking through numerous public/private collaborations.
