La Pierre Angulaire is a non-profit NGO for HIV/AIDS health assistance and counseling. The NGO runs a Center which provides free Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) services in addition to providing Anti-Retroviral Treatment (ARV) to HIV-infected individuals. In addition to the Center's activities, the NGO holds training workshops at the community- and national level to strengthen local capacity to fight against the HIV/AIDS epidemic in the nation. La Pierre Angulaire also works on PEPFAR-supported projects.
