Girls on the Run is a unique program serving girls in grades 3 to 5 that combines important lessons to promote healthy lifestyles and choices, character development to combat negative peer pressure, and fun, interactive activities and games that train teams of girls to participate in a non-competitive end-of-season 5k run/walk.
