We strive to ensure that all Latino youth have the opportunity to earn a college degree and fulfill their academic and life potential.

Higher education paves the way for a better and brighter future. Latino U College Access (LUCA) seeks to level the playing field by supporting first-generation Latino youth to help them realize their potential by being the first in their families to go to college. Through advocacy, community education and student workshops, LUCA promotes college enrollment and prepares students for their journey to college graduation.

LUCA prepares motivated, high achieving, low income, Hispanic youth to successfully apply, enroll and graduate from college ready to enter their chosen careers. Our programs deliver culturally relevant, bilingual support to students and parents by informing, guiding and supporting them through every step of this process. Our programs educate, guide and support students through the complex process, including submitting applications, qualifying for financial aid and admissions. We continue to support students through their four years of college assisting with transition, success , career readiness and internship support.
