The IRTS Foundation is a charitable membership organization that provides educational programs and career assistance to those interested in the communications business. In addition to producing regularly scheduled forums--many of which are free of charge--IRTS provides outstanding minority graduates with training and job opportunities, helps university professors keep their teaching timely and relevant, and hosts an expense-paid Summer Fellowship Program that gives deserving students comprehensive experience to give them a jumpstart in their careers.
