Sutphin Boulevard District Management Association, Inc.

The Sutphin Boulevard Business Improvement District(BID) is a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit community based organization, serving approximately 134 business, 56 properties and 39 property owners. The Sutphin Boulevard BID promotes the economic development of Sutphin Boulevard in Jamaica, Queens and serves as a catalyst for the revitalization and rebuilding of the downtown commercial strip. The BID provides supplemental services as well as promotion for the area, advocacy for the interests of the local businesses, distribute information to boost economic development, and to enhance neighborhood quality of life for local businesses and residents.
