Misión
YESD is a Vietnamese social enterprise founded in 2015 with the mission to increase employment and build capacity for locals in responsible tourism. YESD provides various experiential tours for foreign visitors to learn about Vietnamese rich cultures and travel responsibly, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of regions where tourists come to visit.

Core values:
- Authentic: We provide training and job opportunities and increase income for locals so they can directly benefit from tourism development. Our tour guides and homestay owners will bring customers a profound experience of culture and life in Vietnam
- Responsible: We aim to minimize the negative impacts of tourism on the environment and local communities while increasing positive contributions to the local economy. We don't just talk, we take action!
- Tours that translate: 10% of profits are returned to the community fund. This fund is used to improve infrastructure and support disadvantaged families and individuals
