Founded in 1944, National Association of Teachers of Singing, Inc. (NATS) is the largest 501c3 non-profit organization supporting voice teachers in the world with more than 6,000 members in the United States, Canada, and more than 35 other countries. Whether working in independent studios, community schools, elementary and secondary schools, or higher education, NATS members represent the diversity of today’s music landscape, teaching in all vocal styles.

The National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) professional membership association with revenues of $2.3 million dedicated to advancing excellence in singing through teaching, performance, scholarship, and research. NATS supports 6,000+ members with a remote national staff of 7 employees, a 24-person Board of Directors, hundreds of passionate volunteers, and an extensive national and international network of 15 Regions and 80+ local Chapters.
