Welcome at the kindergarten in Mafinga, Iringa .Tanzania for a great Cultural Exchange (no fees charged at our project)
The Kindergarten of Joy(A Joy kindergarten ) is a Early Childhood development project which has ongoing pre and primary school in Mafinga Iringa in Tanzania it was established in 2017 under a community based group called A JOY Group , It works with volunteers We gives free education to benefit the less fortunate children and families in their area from Elementary to Primary school . To give all the children a chance at education without dropouts. We use a very “modern” approach where we do not differentiate between children with different religions or tribes and poor children. Everyone is equal at this place. The project has both fee paying and non-fee paying, the fee paying feed the others, we work to end child labor and giving equal education.
Why to volunteer with us
We need and welcome everyone interested in our project. Please allow yourself to bring your own ideas while you are here to help the children and leave smile to them , In the same time we love to show you our way of living, our food and our happiness when we work with children and meet new people.
