Hammer Residences, Inc. provides adults and children with developmental disabilities the opportunity to experience life to its fullest. Hammer serves over 180 individuals in thirty group homes and three apartment buildings in seven communities: Wayzata, Plymouth, Minnetonka, New Hope, Maple Grove, Golden Valley, and St. Louis Park.
