At Building Black Leasers, we develop young Black men and women into leaders who will positively impact their peers, families, communities, and beyond.

Despite some notable recent gains, the reality for African Americans in our unevely structured society is still far from equal. Recent years have seen a resurgence of racism in both its overt and subtle guises - limiting access to education as well opportunities at work within many organizations. To foster true fairness and inclusion across America, let us embrace policies that promote equitable participation among all people; understanding their unique experiences so we may unlock greater collective potential together rather than allowing these stories to be overlooked or disregarded by those with privilege. Our mission is to help educate, empower, and uplift leaders in the African American Community.
