Training & Development Corporation is a national, not-for-profit, think tank, design shop, and management company headquartered in Bucksport, Maine. TDC designs innovative solutions to the problems individuals, families, and communities face as they pursue economic well being. We construct and operate our designs, we interpret them into new contexts through a careful process of participatory design adaptation, and we turn designs over to others to implement and improve. We have done so for twenty-nine years
